Equipment rental reservations must be made in advance through our contact form, email, or phone. Rental availability is subject to confirmation by TechWave Studios. We reserve the right to decline rental requests at our discretion.
Rental periods are calculated in days, weeks, or months as agreed upon at the time of reservation. The rental period begins when equipment leaves our facility and ends when equipment is returned and inspected.

A refundable security deposit may be required for equipment rentals. The deposit amount varies based on equipment value. Deposits are returned after equipment is returned in acceptable condition, typically within 5-7 business days.
You are responsible for rented equipment from the time it leaves our facility until it is returned and inspected. You agree to:
Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon return date and time. Late returns are subject to additional daily rental charges plus applicable late fees. If equipment is not returned within 5 days of the agreed return date, it may be reported as stolen.
You are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment. Charges for damage will be based on repair or replacement costs. You may purchase optional damage protection to reduce liability for accidental damage (does not cover loss or theft).
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We will notify you of order acceptance or cancellation.

Delivery terms, costs, and timeframes are provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Videography services require a separate service agreement detailing scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Service agreements must be signed before work begins.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure videography service bookings. Deposit amounts vary based on project scope, typically 30-50% of total project cost.
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms of the service agreement. Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled service date may forfeit the deposit.
We retain copyright ownership of all video content created until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the content as specified in the service agreement. We retain the right to use content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
